1. How do I know if air purification is working?
Petite Foret Plus has the feature of removing harmful gases and ultrafine dust as seen on the test report results though it may not be seen on eyes as it does not provide the level changes for ultrafine dusts and harmful gases.
2. Does it make a noise?
Petite Foret Plus uses a weak fan to make soft natural wind on moss thus it has a low noise. If you are sensitive to the noise of low wavelength or machine noise, we recommend placing it in the living room or on the desk rather than in a silent bed room.

There is no fixed watering time period. If you see the moss is dried, you could water using the fog mod, water supply mode, or a sprayer.
4. Does the moss die if not watered for more than a month?
Moss can dry up in just one day without watering when kept in a dried condition. Even when you don’t water, dried moss can be stored for more than 6 months and it blooms again when water is supplied again.

Petite Foret Plus has filters on the air and water entrance and exhaust outlet to prevent an influx of insects. However,
if there is an insect from moss or soil, separate the moss module from the body
and keep it for about 2 days where ventilation is active to completely dry. When the insects disappear you can assemble Petite Foret Plus to use again.
8.Does it make mold?
Since it’s a living plant, there may be molds depending on usage conditions.
If mold bloomed on moss you can separate that moss module from the body and detach it using tweezer, or keep the moss on well-ventilated area to completely dry and shake off the mold.
9. End parts of the moss became brown. What
do I do?
Supply enough amount of water to bloom and cut the outstanding brown part with scissors. Since moss does not contain seeds and when moss is grown, previous moss is used, there is no problem arranging parts with scissors.
10. Why does moss browning happen?
The browning of living moss occurs for various reasons such as relations between light, temperature, and humidity in the air. If browning occurs you can change the location of the product, water supplying period, strength of light, or wind speed to find the best setting that suits your environment.
