Refund policy

(Delivery Period: within 5~7 business days)

In the event of a defect occurring within 3 days of receiving the product, customers are required to return the defective item to our headquarters for inspection. Upon confirmation of the defect, a refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, but will be reimbursed for these costs upon receipt of the returned item.

返金ポリシー：商品受領後3日以内に欠陥が発生した場合、お客様は欠陥のある商品を当社本社に返送する必要があります。欠陥が確認され次第、返送品の受領後7日以内に返金されます。商品の返送にかかる送料はお客様負担となりますが、返送品の受領後にこれらの費用は返金されます。
