Refund Policy: In the event of a defect occurring within 3 days of receiving the product, customers are required to return the defective item to our
headquarters for inspection. Upon confirmation of the defect, a refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with eturning the product, but will be reimbursed for these costs upon receipt of the returned item.

Q1. Does it need to be put together or set up?
A1. No it does not need any set up or assembling. It can be used right away.

Q2. Is there a recommended length of time it can be used for?
A2. During testing process, it did not report any problem or issue with extended usage. However, it is recommended to be used twice a day during morning and evening for 10 to 15 minutes for the best effect.

Q3. Can it be used by beginners?
A3. It can be used by anyone regardless of experience with exercises. Following the examples of exercises, anyone can perform self massage and exercises.

Q4. Can it be used in the Gym or Pilates centers?
A4. Yes! It can be used freely before or after workouts for stretching.

Q5. How do you wash or clean it?
A5. You can simply clean the contaminated area with water or wet tissue.

Q6. How long can it be used for?
A6. RELAXISAW is very durable so it can be used semi-permanently.

Q7. Does it hurt when you use it?
A7. If you have a severe stiffness on your neck and back, it can be pretty painful in the beginning. However, after about a week or two, the pain subsides. On your first use, you can reduce the pressure by covering the surface with a towel.
