Refund Policy: In the event of a defect occurring within 3 days of receiving the product, customers are required to return the defective item to our
headquarters for inspection. Upon confirmation of the defect, a refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with eturning the product, but will be reimbursed for these costs upon receipt of the returned item.

1. Can I carry out workout poses currently by myself with KIT GYM?

As users will work out by resisting the tension of the tubing band, users will be allowed to use their muscles in a more accurate matter than working out without any equipment. Users can also
scan the QR Code located at the front of the unit to guide them through more workout poses.

2. I am over 6ft (182.88cm), Can I still use the device?

Yes. Actually the model working out in our campaign video is 6,2".

When trying out workouts that require a larger area of motion, like mountain climbers, you can adjust your hands’ location to adjust your area.

3. How long should I stretch?

You should stretch within 1 hour per day according to your physical condition.

4. How can I select the cushion color and extra tubing back?

A survey will be sent out after the campaign to collect information on your cushion color and extra tubing band preference. We will make sure that you receive the exact option you selected.
