Q. Is Beatsgear X not available for iPhones, Macs, and other Apple devices?
The Beatsgear app takes sounds from other apps, analyzes them, and outputs
vibrations. With the dongle in the (provided in the ackage), you can enjoy Beatsgear X on TV, video gaming consoles, as well as iOS devices. So… Yes!
* Beatsgear X dongle is not available in an environment where HDMI ARC is set as a voice output

Q. Can I use Beatsgear X on my
Windows desktop?
Most Windows desktops will be able for Bluetooth
connections inside their PCs, so you need a regular Bluetooth dongle (about $5)
to connect with your Windows desktop PC with Beatsgear X.
Q. I use an Android mobile phone, but my Beatsgear X doesn't work.

Q, Can I pair Beatsgear X with all TVs?
Depending on the type of TV, some models might not support an AUX output for the connection of the Beatsgear dongle.
In this case, the audio output to AUX cable, which supports your TV, must be purchased separately.
TV that supports audio output, can be paired with the TV's own speaker output and the audio output that connects the Beatsgear X dongle at the same time, but some old TV models may not support multi-audio output, so please
check prior to usage.

Q. Can I Beatsgear X Wirelessly?
The current version of Beatsgear X can be used with the power adapter connected or with an external battery that supports PD 12V.
Q. Does Beatsgear X provide Multi-pairing?
Multi-pairing is available for 2 devices.
Q, The sound and beat does not match well when using a wireless audio device.
Beat delay time must be set when using Beatsgear X with Bluetooth audio devices.
Touch the setting button on the upper right of the application to move to the beat delay time setting screen and set the delay time so that the vibration matches the drum (low-level) sound that comes out when you touch the play button.
If you set the vibration to match the drum sound, you can enjoy the sound and vibration in a complete alignment.
Q. Is there any noise?
When you lean on the product and are in close contact, the motor makes a slight noise. If you back is not fully leaned back on the unit, the vibration noise might sound a bit loud.
Q. I hear sound/music but Beatsgear X is not generating any beats.
• Be sure the power switch on the side of the Beatsgear X is turned on. If it is on but
the power LED isn’t lit up, please check if the power adapter is connected properly.
• Be sure the Beatsgear connection icon (top left) is enabled on the app. If it’s
not connected, tap to turn it on.
• Turn the power switch on the side of Beatsgear X off and on again.
If you are using a built-in speaker with Android devices or a wired audio device and the Beatsgear X is not genearting any beats, try using it with a Bluetooth audio device.
Q. The beat intensity generated form Beatsgear X is too weak.
• If the device is in game or movie mode, press the reset button on the Beatsgear app.
• Increase the sound volume on your device.
• Increase the beat power level on the application.
Q. The beats feel awkward.
• Check if you are in the right mode (music/game / movie) on your Beatsgear app.
• If you are watching a movie on your Windows PC, try switching to Windows Media
Player, Movie app, or TV app. Other media players may produce inconsistent beats.
• If the sound and beat does not match, go to the beat latency setting in the app to
adjust the delays.
